The standard king room on the higher floors was perfectly clean and featured a convenient wake-up service. It was great to have a safe box, mini-bar, and electronic key card at my disposal. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. the location couldn’t be better, with fantastic restaurants and several beautiful beaches just a short walk away.

The only good thing was the transfer from the airport to the hotel. The person responsible for that is very very professional and friendly. On time in both transfers, explained the main points the city, recommended restaurants, things to do and so on.
It was the worst hotel we ever stayed. Very dirty room making us ask for another on, no hot water available from 4pm to 10pm, no manager available to handle these issues. We also requested and confirmed several times we would need a crib. The hotel confirmed but it was not available when we checked in.

The location was good, staff was at least trying....
The rooms were dirty, this hotel is never a European 4**** hotel, I would give a maximum of 2**... Sorry, bad breakfast, bad lunch options, dirty pool, sauna and other installations....

I loved the breakfast, especially the variety of bread and pastry, and the seasonal fruits. The hotel facilities are great, including the pool area and spa. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome during my stay. Additionally, the location is ideal as it's close to a small beach and within walking distance to great restaurants like Barravento.
Absolutely nothing.

Great location close to popular spots and amenities, walking distance to shopping and dining. The breakfast spread was decent with various options to choose from. The beds were small but comfortable, perfect for a quick weekend getaway. The staff were helpful and accommodating, making sure that our stay was enjoyable.
The rooms lacked modern amenities, no Wi-Fi available in the room, and the television was outdated. The bathroom needed some improvement as there were some leaks and the amenities were limited.

This hotel is strategically located near the university, which makes it the perfect choice for academic visits. there are plenty of great restaurants to choose from nearby, such as Barravento. You'll love the small nearby beach, and the convenience of the bus stop. the staff is very accommodating and dedicated to ensuring your stay is nothing short of fantastic. Despite some criticism, the breakfast is pretty decent.
One setback is the noisy air conditioning which can be disturbing at times.
